Getting it to you
Everything ships from the United Kingdom. Orders to Nigeria travel on VivyQuest’s own air freight, which is why we can be specific about timing instead of vague.
- Within the UK — 2 to 3 working days.
- To Nigeria — 5 to 7 working days by air, door to door.
- Sea freight — available for large or heavy orders. Ask before you order and we will price it.
Customs
Duty, where it applies, is charged by the Nigerian authorities and is separate from what you pay us. We declare goods honestly; we will not under-declare a parcel to reduce your duty.
Returns
Seven days from the day it arrives. Unworn, unwashed, with tags on, in the packaging it came in. Tell us first so we can watch for it.
What cannot be returned
Wigs and hairpieces once the packaging is opened, and pierced jewellery. That is hygiene, not fine print — we would not resell those to you either.
If something is wrong
Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered: message us with a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund it in full, including what you paid to ship it.
